Webx HR's fully customisable system allows it to slot right into a company due to the customisable level available. Once a company has signed up, our set-up team will arrange a meeting with the relevant stakeholders. They will confirm the language used, the company's roles and sites, user permissions, user fields, importing existing data, defining the applicant's workflow, and configuring the required automated checks.
Configure

Our set-up team will then work with the stakeholders to define the required add-ons (academy, scheduler, invoicing, digital ID cards, etc.) and any needed interfaces, bespoke or otherwise, to integrate with third-party services. Our team will also work on automating the checks of existing profiles. Say setting up DBS checks to run every three months, and MOT checks to run yearly, etc. We will also work on customising the views and dashboards to ensure the information is displayed where required.

We will schedule a training session to help staff understand the new HR solution and guide your teams on how to create support tickets, access support manuals, etc. From here, staff will be able to ensure the company is compliant with internal policies and legislation, view timesheets, access training, view documentation, answer internal support tickets, access reports and more!
