In the beginning...
Webx built the HR platform primarily for the logistics industry but realised its potential to expand it to any industry and into a company of any size due to the extensive customisation available in various forms. That being language, profile fields, views, document types, workflows, etc. The platform continued to develop into what it is now - a fully customisable HR platform with automation.
What's next?
Customisable Reporting
We are currently working on a fully customisable reporting suite - allowing our customers to use a drag and drop system to build reports to run ad-hoc or scheduled to run at regular intervals.
DBS Checks
We will be streamlining our sign up and ongoing processes to incorporate automated DBS checks - supporting both Disclosure Baring and Service and Disclosure Scotland.
