Archive manager

Company policies concerning employees' or subcontractors' data results in the storing of information for many years, but maintaining the profiles within the system can confuse the employee/subcontractor roster. Archive manager removes a profile from Webx HR, but keeps the data backed up - allowing the restoration of a profile if later required.

By archiving old employee/subcontractor data, you can keep Webx HR organised while still keeping all the required data.
