On/Off Circuit

Although initially designed for the logistics industry, these screens are transferable to a wide range of industries. They allow employees and/or subcontractors to temporarily be marked as not working (off-circuit). WebxHR enables companies to customise the reasons for off-circuiting a profile while allowing each reason to have a customisable questionnaire. The questionnaire must be filled in and displayed to the compliance team's approval screens.

When the employee and/or subcontract has returned to work, staff can request the profile to be reinstated - again requiring approval from the compliance team.

This system allows for better management of staff and subcontractors, especially in cases where they are only working temporarily or part-time.

Furthermore, the on and off circuit screens can be tailored to a company's specific requirements, which is highly flexible - thus saving time and money by reducing the need for ad-hoc, manual processes.
