Key features
Custom fields & workflows
Highly configurable systems result in easy integration, flexibility and simple management of sensitive data.
Webx HR’s highly configurable workflow processes allows our platform to merge with existing processes rather than a company changing the way they operate to shoehorn the new platform into their company.
Features
Roles and signup
Unique roles allow for different signup workflows for different positions
The processes in place are designed to accommodate for different roles having different signup processes. These can be split into one or multiple stages, if required, and can be changed as role requirements change or if certain information is required earlier in the signup process, in order to determine if the user should progress with the application. For example, someone could be applying for a cashier position, where only more basic information may be required initially and additional information like bank details and other more sensitive information is requested once they have progressed.
Each stage in the signup workflow can have bespoke actions created to accept, progress, reject and request additional information, among others. Automation can also be added to the workflow process through the implementation of automated checks.
Custom field system
Highly configurable field system provides great flexibility and fine-tuning
Webx HR has a highly configurable field system that allows for each role to have its own specific or shared fieldset. Each field has its own permissions system, allowing for fine-tuning of the workflow process and compliance/vetting to take place on specific or all submitted information. This field system supports over 30 field types, including a signature field and document upload area. These fields can be configured to show only when specific information is selected, requesting different pieces of information based upon previous selections. This is useful, for example, when determining the right to work in the UK as a certain combination of documents would be required based on what the user has available.
Within this custom field system, additional aspects like form validation can be added through the use of existing key types of data like email address or by use of regular expression, allowing for a more customised form of validation. Data can also be made mandatory and sensitive data can be encrypted.
Page creation and linked documents
Easy setup for profile pages, signup processes, and vetting of data and attributes
Separate related fields can be collated into sections to keep similar data surrounding a specific area together, this is useful for both submitting and reviewing data. Examples of this would be aspects of vehicle data, like vehicle registration, vehicle type, vehicle classification, etc. Views can be used to tailor the required sections presented on different profile pages or sections provided within the signup process.
Within Webx HR’s custom fields system, fields can be linked to documents which can allow for attributes to be assigned to profiles. For instance, when a certificate is earned, showing that the user has the knowledge and capability to perform a certain task. These documents can be set to expire, at which point the attribute would be removed from the profile - useful for when a particular skill set needs to be continually renewed or revisited like health and safety.
Third party integration
Webx HR provides the ability to push information to third-party software used by the business
Information can be pushed to third-party software via the use of APIs, including attributes, which can be used to determine if a user has the expertise or training required to perform a certain job, i.e. a COVID training attribute can be pushed to a job management system to allow that user to carry out COVID-related work.
