Webx HR consolidates data by pulling an employee/subcontractor's payslip/invoice from third-party payroll solutions into its system through APIs or Email-In features. Furthermore, Webx HR can push any changes made to an employee/subcontractor's profile to the same payroll solution.
Now, employees/subcontractors only need to log in to one website to keep their details up to date and access their payslips and invoices.
Extract data from imported PDFs
Email-In is a system where Webx HR uses IMAP to read emails - importing the associated PDF to the correct profile. Webx HR reads the PDF, extracting dates and totals shown to the employee/subcontractor when choosing which PDF to view/download.
This feature has saved HR departments a significant amount of time owing to the self-service nature, especially around the end of a financial year, which takes off the burden of an HR and accountancy department.
Bespoke integrations available
Webx HR can also create a bespoke process for clients, allowing them to import invoices from proprietary software or archaic software that has limited support.
