Easily track the progress of all candidates with just one dashboard.
See all candidates and their progress through each course, including which lessons they have passed or failed. With up to 10 different types of questions staff can configure each course in many ways for maximum flexibility.

Academy can be setup to include introductory questionnaires for new staff to complete before their formal training.
New staff now log onto their training portal, complete an introduction course and are ready to start work within hours.
Custom courses

You can create your own custom courses directly in Academy. These lessons are then available for all staff to complete or restricted accordingly.
You need only setup one standard course for other courses to inherit configuration options from, making updating and creating new course content easy.
Categories

Academy is a flexible system supporting multiple categories, which contains multiple courses, that have multiple lessons all with each lesson having its own quiz.
Lessons can have videos (ie from YouTube, Vimeo or stored on private servers), text and slideshows.
Questionnaires
Ensure full engagement with quizes and questionnaires.
Each lesson is capable of having its own quiz, which the candidate needs to pass in order to progress. Quizzes are independently configured and companies can set the question pass rate, limit the number of times an exam can be completed, and set the time limits for each quiz.
Certificates
Engage staff and track progress with customisable certificates.
Once a candidate has passed the quiz, they are awarded a certificate of completion. These certificates can be made available to download by candidates from the dashboard.
Compliancy management
Automatically handle time intensive tasks for you.
Compliancy within the workplace is an important, yet laborious, aspect of any Human Resource department. Academy removes the laborious aspect by monitoring staff compliancy and automatically chasing staff to complete courses where their accreditation is soon to expire.
Attributes
Always keep information across your entire organisation in sync.
Academy links in with Webx HR's attribute system, which in turn, links in with the third-party integration systems. Thus when a staff member completes a course, Webx HR is capable of pushing this information on.
