Campaigns
The campaign Manager is designed to help companies promote key services, events, and offers, with the added benefit of assuring it stays GDPR compliant.
It works by promoting targeted messages to employees/subcontractors during the login process, asking them to take advantage of the latest campaign through a snappy banner. Employees/subcontractors can register or seek more information via the Apply Now button or they can skip the advert and go straight to their dashboard, via the Proceed to dashboard button.
A great feature of the Campaign Manager is that it has the ability to create a Campaign Landing Page, that offers more details about the advert. If the courier chooses to take action, they are flagged and a notification is sent to the campaign owner.
Campaign owner
Details are sent to the campaign owner - perhaps a third party supplier or a member of staff within your organisation.
The campaign owner can view the interested employee’s/subcontractor’s details, for instance, their name, telephone number, and email address. This campaign owner will then log what he or she does with said information, for example, emailing or calling.
Opt out
At any time the employee/subcontractor can opt to leave the scheme. Their details will be removed from the campaign and an advisory email will be sent to the campaign owner.
This allows your organisation to keep track of how the data is being used, and to assure it is compliant with GDPR protocols.
Filtering
Campaigns can be filtered by: new starters or employees/subcontractors who have been working for you for x amount of days. This data can then be further refined by restricting: the time of day, the Service Centre, role types or vehicle types.
