Attributes
WebxHR's attribute system adds flexibility and configurability.
Attributes make it easy for third-party systems to understand a staff member's compliance status which in turn can be used to determine the work staff are assigned through automated systems.
Attributes can be manually set - so for example to identify that courier staff have ULEZ compliant vehicles.
It ties in with the Document Management System by adding or removing attributes accordingly when documents have expired and conversely adding attributes when documents have been uploaded and approved if necessary.
WebxHR’s ability to link with third-party integration systems means attributes can be passed over to these systems in order to fully automate compliance and management of staff and users.
