Tickets
Full-featured tickets able to access profile data across the whole of Webx HR.
Webx HR’s ticketing system allows any user within the platform to communicate with relevant departments. For instance, staff can create escalation tickets to management or a courier querying pay.
The ticketing system allows multiple types of tickets, with each type having its series of questions asked during the creation of a ticket. This information is then passed on to the relevant team, who can review and reply to tickets accordingly.
As the ticketing system is incorporated within the rest of Webx HR, support teams are able to quickly access profile data, documentation, invoices/payslips and other previously submitted tickets, thus facilitating staff in their ability to respond to queries.
Notifications of replies can be sent by SMS and Email.
