Webx HR communicates through two primary methods: Email and SMS. Webx HR has a template manager allowing companies to word messages in line with their brand identity. Webx HR supports global SMS delivery - allowing messages to be sent to any phone number in the world.

Email communications are tracked and timestamped, providing an audit trail of all actions taken by users. SMS messages are also timestamped and tracked. Webx HR supports the immediate processing of incoming messages which are logged on a profile. Staff can respond accordingly. This allows two-way communication between the company and the employee/subcontractor via SMS.
